I've Been Outdone.
Woke up today realy early, gusts of wind outside my window were so loud it broke my deep sleep. Man did it ever go crazy with the wind this morning, I wonder how cold it was. Rob was heading home, I told him to knock on my door before heading out, ended up just chillin in my room for a bit in the early morning til his mom came to come get him. I didn't get out of bed though, fuck that, it was way too early. After Rob left I went back to sleep for a bit. Finally managed to get out of bed around 12 noon to get started on my 410 paper that's due today. I have to submit a statement of learning for the last few weeks since the beginning of January. Even though the material is stupid, at least all the quarters have a central theme which makes for an easy way to write a paper.
I'm thinking it's so sunny outside, I need to go to Price Chopper, to get milk or something. Where are my sun glasses?
Fuck. I left my Oakleys in Adam's car, in the glove box. I tried to call Adam. Fuck. He's probably already on a plane for Poland right now. Oh man. I just better hope that when I take my G test that it's not sunny outside. I'm so nervous about taking that test, but Rob told me how he was able to pass when his door was open the whole time and he was holding it barely closed with the other hand. I'm taking a couple lessons with my old Young Drivers instructor, Jim, which should be interesting. I wonder if he'll still remember me. Last time I saw him I was getting my G2 hahaha, and that was sometime before University started. I remember telling him my plans of going to University and all that stuff... and now here I am going to telling him my non-existent plans after University.
So I begin to walk to Price Chopper, it is sooo bright outside, but still kinda cold. The sideways are iced over and really slipperly. The occasional time my food slips out under me, but I keep my current standing status everytime. My eyes are having trouble keeping open without shades cause it has been such a long time since I've actually seen daylight like this.
I get a bunch of milk and all that stuff and walk back, the wind begins to pick up again and I'm trying desperately to keep my hands warm. Maybe it wasn't such a good idea after all.
So anyways I know when I've been beat. Outdone. I admit when something is better. If you want to check out a great blog, you need to start reading malefactor. It's about some guy in New York city, and he takes some of the most amazing photographs I've ever seen. You all need to check it out.
Ok that's it for now. Hope to be in Oshawa soon!
